Finally some color

Some colors are starting to bloom !!

What a strange winter and spring we're having...at least the flowers are still able to bloom and grow !

Got to doggy-sit this weekend. My Mother has two Shelties...the female got to go to her first agility show....(which she won FOUR ribbons for...placing 2nd in three and 3rd in another.)
This is Gib who was a bit depressed cause he got left behind at home...
So, I tried to cheer him up..no good. Wasn't interested in playing with any of his toys. Just wanted to sit on my lap the entire time I was there. He was finally calm...he's normally pretty hyper... and I was able to get a couple of pictures of him...
He's a funny character that's for sure. But, he's also Mr. Lovey too...

Wedding is two weeks away

I am not too terribly nervous about photographing it now. I went with the Brides friend to check out the location. It'll all be done in one location. So for my first wedding...(and maybe my last)Shouldn't be too bad. Light shouldn't be too much of an issue. My daughter is coming with me. She's going to be my little helper. She's excited too... she was going to bring her camera. I'm just glad she wants to go and do something with me... finally. She's never been to a wedding either. I'll be fun.
The bride came over last weekend to do Bridal Portraits. So that was a first too.
